ATR 535 Art for Healing, Joy, and Justice (3 Credits)
Creative Arts Therapy
Provides opportunities to learn about ways of art making and how the creative process can be used for personal growth and healing. Includes history of art in healing, art as social practice, and use of art materials and creative methods in healing. Combines studio art with academic readings to increase understanding of the therapeutic benefits of art.
