Description
With the demand for project managers expected to continually expand in the future, the BPS in Project Management is designed to provide students the needed knowledge, skills and capabilities to lead projects in all types of disciplines. Students will explore foundations, organization, leadership, methodologies, controls, communications, and stakeholder management. Aligned with professional credentials in project management, this degree ensures that students will be able to lead project teams successfully, even in a global/virtual setting. A capstone course allows the student to apply the principles of project management to their own chosen discipline.
