World-class practices in customer relations. Review of current research, critical analysis of case studies, workplace applications. Designing and leading plans and change, developing support structures and processes. Assessment and evaluation.

This course teaches skills and concepts to build effective leaders. Topics include communication, conflict, leadership styles, and goalsetting. With a focus on applying skills to get the most from teams and relationships, the course culminates in the development of a Leadership Implementation Plan.
